I called at 11:17am and asked if they had availability to send someone out to look at a possible underground pipe leak. She said shed have someone out this afternoon! I got a call at 1:47pm telling me Bobby Snell was headed out in the next 20-30 mins. Bobby called me at 2 saying he was out there and told me the meter is reading like a slow leak and he could dig it up and fix it for their lower flat rate! He called at 3:15 telling me exactly what the issue was, that he fixed it, and was done and could take payment over the phone or invoice me. This was the easiest and most seamless process! They all updated me through every step and asked before they did something! My moms issue was an easier fix apparently, but still so so grateful to Bobby and All Plumbing for the expedited help! A weight has been lifted off our shoulders! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I definitely would!! Theyve earned my business for life!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

I recently had an issue with my sink not draining. I called All Plumbing at 830am and they had a technician at my house at 3pm the same day! Jay was our tech and he was very sweet, respectful and got the job done. He had to stay past close and still had a great attitude about it. 10/10 recommend this company and jay as a tech!

I dont think I have ever had this great of customer service except from Chic fil a! The people who answered the phone sounded like they really wanted to help me! The plumber who came to my home was very professional and very nice! He took care of my problem and explained every thing to me! Mike Antley was very friendly and efficient. He apologized for running late as previous job took longer than expected. Even though it was late when they got here, we were not charged for after hours. He and his helper quickly took care of the pipe and we had water again! All employees are very friendly and do NOT act like they hate their job or that the customer is a bother. This is rare these days. I will recommend your company to others!

Jeremy and Josh worked long and diligently for hours in a very hot attic. It was a complex problem and they did everything to find a solution. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Jeremy is an excellent teacher. We appreciate them and hope they can install the new unit.

Huge thank you to Jason Martin, Jeremy Brown and their on site supporting team member at All Plumbing. Unfortunately my beautiful crepe myrtles at my law office business location have taken over under the building and into the pipes causing constant toilet overflows/stoppage. And, a lawyer’s office can not function without a working ladies’ room. All Plumbing worked all day (without a lunch break) and got the system working again - amazingly at an extremely affordable rate. The guys walked me through their action plan and carefully explained what they were doing prior to starting the job and throughout. They explained the pricing and got my approval at all stages. They even put together a long term plan to prevent future problems, carefully explained the plan, and the costs to execute the preventive action and upgrading. They even swept my porch and wore covers over their boots when inside the office. Wow! I can sleep much better tonight!
