Shout out to Taylor and Alex, they were both very professional, kind, and willing to answer questions. We did have an incident where in there was some slight cosmetic damage to my vehicle but they seemed very sorry and quick to take action to rectify the situation the accident happened today (3/25/2024), but it seems that they are willing to cover damages and anything else needed. Accidents happen but I am extremely happy too see that they are willing to take ownership. I will keep you all updated with the status of the repairs, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

This company is FANTASTIC, They have handled the me with great attention and attitude, the minor damage to may car is slated to be repaired as of 4/1/2024 and they are also helping me with a rental.
I will definitely be calling them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.
Update 4/16/2024
My vehicle has be repaired and everything worked out on that end.
The water heater installed has been operating but my hot water has been very cloudy, after some research and reaching out it appears that there is some extra air in the tank causing this (think of pouring carbonated water a lot of bubbles but if you let it sit it clears up) I gave it 3 weeks to try and let the tank acclimate but no improvement yet, the company was willing to listen to my problem and make it right and installed and expansion tank in hopes this will correct the problem, I will give it another couple of weeks and hope this clears it up. Big shout out to Taylor sticking with it and installing the unit, I will update again to let everyone know if the issue has been fixed.
Update 4/22/2024
So the issue with the cloudy hot water is still going on. I put a call in this a.m. and they sent a tech straight out. They serviced the water heater (by replacing the anode rod) which was pretty worn, which was a little odd as the heater was a new unit, but so far so good . It seems to have fixed the issue, I'll give it a week and see how it goes.
