Replaced 30 gallon water heater.
Customer showed me the hallway bathroom toilet to be constantly running and making a loud sound. He approved the price so I then removed the old parts and installed new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. We tested and at this time everything is working properly.
Sink stopped up and drain leaking.
Arrived on site, found that the customer had a stopped up bathroom in the restroom and the toilet was loose to the floor. Pulled the toilet and found that the flange was in good condition. Set the toilet back with a new wax ring, bolts, and white bolt covers. Ran small machine through the cleanout in woman’s restroom. Tested everything and everything is working properly at this time.
Toilet constantly running. Water Bill High. Removed toilet fill valve, flapper, and supply and replaced. Retested meter and no leaks.

The flange was in good condition. I set the new toilet with a new wax ring, toilet bolts, supply line, and white caps. I tested the toilet and it was working properly. I caulked around both toilets. I cut out the old diverter and installed a new diverter spout. I removed the old shower head and installed a new one. I ran a small machine through the waste and overflow to unstop the tub drain. I tested the tub drain and it was draining properly.
